I am a Registered Provisional Psychologist with The College of Alberta Psychologists (CAP) and a member of the Canadian Psychological Association (CPA).

I completed my Bachelor of Arts Degree with a Specialization in Psychology in Montreal, Quebec at Concordia University, and my Master of Science in Clinical Psychology from Capella University. My Undergrad thesis focused on neuroplasticity which sparked a growing passion for the complexity and potential of the human mind.

I draw from the most relevant elements of Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy, Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Motivational Interviewing, and Psychoanalytic Therapy into a truly unique therapeutic approach that is structured, effective, and at the same time ultra-personalized to every client. One size fits all doesn’t live here. If it’s not working for you then it’s not working for me.

I practice and am certified in trauma-informed care.

I work with adults and teens experiencing grief, trauma, anxiety, panic attacks, loss, self-harm, suicide ideation, life/work related-stress, relationship difficulties, emotional regulation, and borderline personality disorder (BDP).

I offer individual virtual counselling and am available evenings and weekdays.

I received my Bachelor of Science with Honours in Psychology from Acadia University and my Master of Arts in Clinical Psychology and Neuropsychology from York University. I have experience working in university and community clinics providing psychotherapy and neuropsychological assessments, as well as on large-scale clinical trials doing psychodiagnostic assessments and interventions.

I am foundationally trained in client-centered therapy, and constantly strive to provide an environment that is genuine, empathic, accepting, safe, and totally individualized. My work with clients consists of evidence-based psychotherapy approaches such as Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Emotion Focused Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, and Solution Focused Therapy.

That being said, I leave lots of room for humour, creativity, play, and collaboration in my work with clients, as these can often enhance trust and build a strong and meaningful therapeutic connection. I tailor and create a new therapy for every client I see. My goal is to work with each client to meet them where they are and develop a plan that feels attainable and that reflects their uniqueness as an individual.

I am currently accepting therapy referrals for adults (18+) facing challenges such as anxiety, depression, panic, relationship issues, health anxiety, phobias, etc. I also have dual training in Neuropsychology and am thus interested in providing therapy to individuals struggling with neurocognitive considerations (for e.g., concussion anxiety, post-concussive identity issues, ADHD, etc.). I am also accepting referrals for adult (18+) ADHD assessments.

I am always happy to answer any questions or address any concerns you may have, so please feel free to contact me anytime!
